Due to the nature of customized, knowledge-based services, SNS Audit Core has the following return and refund policy:

1. Service Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality audit and advisory services. Each engagement is customized, involving detailed analysis, investigation, and expert recommendations.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: You will receive a full refund of the duplicate charge.

  • Service Not Rendered: If you paid for a service that has not yet been started, you may cancel and request a full refund.

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: Full or partial refunds may be issued based on pre-agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Services that have been started or delivered.

  • Client dissatisfaction based on preference rather than service quality or contractual breach.

  • Missed deadlines caused by delays in client-provided information.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before a scheduled session or project kick-off.

  • For retainer or ongoing services, cancellations require a 15-day notice.

5. Resolution & Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact our support team. We aim to resolve complaints through service correction, additional consultation, or service credits when appropriate.
